Russia: January-August beer output up 2.4%

Russia’s beer production saw a 2.4% increase in January-August this year, reaching 58.4 mln hl, Rosstat reported on September 29.

In August alone output increased by 3.6% versus August 2021 (to 8.19 mln hl). However, the volume was 9.1% below the July 2022 level.
